New Playground Opens at Schoolhouse Park
The Ruidoso Parks and Recreation Department has opened a new playground at Schoolhouse Park, funded by a quality-of-life grant from the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration. The playground, resembling a miniature ranger station, features padded fall protection and a secure fence, providing children with a safe, fun space. Visit at 501 Sudderth Drive.

New Pickleball Courts Unveiled at White Mountain Sports Complex
Ruidoso Parks & Rec and the Ruidoso Pickleball Club teamed up to improve the White Mountain Sports Complex pickleball courts. Recently resurfaced, there are now eight permanently marked pickleball courts. The Ruidoso Pickleball Club plays daily from 9:00 AM until noon. Additional improvements are planned for the location in the near future.
