Join the Toss No Mas Cleanup hosted by Ruidoso Parks and Recreation on Sunday, October 20, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Wingfield Park. Youth groups and sports leagues can earn $10 per member for groups of 10 or more. Trash bags, gloves, drinks, and hot dogs will be provided. Registration is $20, with packet pickup at the Kids Connection Pavilion from 6:15 to 7:15 a.m. The race starts at 7:30 a.m. and is the fifth race in the Run Ruidoso 2024 series. Join the Ruidoso Grindstone Trail Runs at Wingfield Park on August 24, 2024. Celebrate the 10th anniversary with a Half Marathon Heavy (13.8 miles), 8.5 miles, and 4 miles. Events start at 7:00 AM. Proceeds benefit All-Season Adaptive Sports. Top finishers qualify for the XTERRA Trail Run World Championship. Enjoy commemorative swag, cake, and a post-race party. Register now!

Come join Ruidoso Parks and Rec for our annual Bunny Walk/Run and Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at Cedar Creek, the second of six races in the Run Ruidoso 2024 series. Break out the small rods and reels for young anglers to test their skills at Grindstone Lake's 28th Youth Fishing Day on Saturday, June 3, 2022, from 8 am to 1 pm. The event is free and open to children 12 and younger.

Join us in collaboration with Dynamic Discs of New Mexico as we host their annual glow-in-the-dark disc golf tournament! There will be an adult glow game of an 18-hole tournament (front nine twice) at Grindstone Disc Golf Course, with kids pre-glow play at 5 pm. Tee times will be staggered every 12 minutes from 8-9 pm.
